Trust
What happens to your work.
Your data stays yours
Export everything, any time, in ordinary files. Your workspace holds only your records. Each customer is walled off from every other at the database, and custom installs run on their own database.
Who can see it
Nobody outside Coach OS LLC. No subcontractor ever has access to customer data.
Where it lives
Supabase, Vercel and Amazon Web Services, in United States regions.
Healthcare
A Business Associate Agreement is available. Clinical audio and notes are processed only on Coach OS’s own Amazon Web Services account, which is covered by Amazon’s Business Associate Addendum.
Legal
Built with privilege in mind. Matter data is never used to train anything.
Payments
Stripe processes every payment. Your card number never touches Coach OS.
Status
