Drafts, signed by you

Coach OS products prepare drafts: a takeoff, a clinical note, a matter file, an autopsy report. A draft is not relied on until the professional who owns the work has reviewed and signed it. That professional, not Coach OS, is responsible for what is signed, sent or filed.

Not medical advice

Clincor and CaseWeaver document what a clinician or examiner says and finds. They do not diagnose, treat, determine cause or manner of death, or replace clinical or forensic judgment. A suggested plan is always a draft for the clinician to approve.

Not legal advice

Lexicor records intake and organizes matters. It does not give legal advice or form an attorney–client relationship with anyone. Dates it surfaces are marked for the attorney to verify, and a conflict flag is for the firm to decide, never an automatic decision.

Not an engineering or estimating stamp

Plancor counts and measures what is on the plan set and flags conflicts between sheets. Items it is unsure of are marked VERIFY with the reason. It does not replace an engineer, architect or estimator, and a bid built on it is the bidder’s.
